Grooming People for Better Livelihood Centre (Grooming Centre), a micro-finance NGO, on 21st July, 2022 renewed its partnership with Sesor Empowerment Foundation with the financial support of N17.841m to provide economic empowerment to 200 displaced women in Lagos and Benue states.
Dr Godwin Nwabunka, the CEO of Grooming Centre in his statement at the MOU-signing and cheque presentation ceremony said “ We are happy we are able to do this again this year. Our aspiration is that this becomes a catalyst to attract more partners to join so that we can raise the critical mass of resources required to help our people. It is such a challenging thing to be an IDP and we need to do something to help our brothers and sisters who are in this condition with their basic needs of food, shelter and livelihood.”
