Sesôr’s Internship Programme offers selected enrolled undergraduate and postgraduate students an opportunity to develop their skills and gain work experience in areas as diverse as research, administration, fundraising, events management and social mobilisation.
Duties include research, writing project background documents, providing other administrative support for programme work as assigned.
The intern will work 4 days a week.
Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in a full-time programme in an accredited Nigerian University or Polytechnic. Must be resident in Lagos or Makurdi for the duration of the internship as accommodation will not be provided.
Duration: 3-6 months (with possibility of renewal if required and if doing so will not interfere with the Intern’s studies). Lagos internship will start at the end of October while the Makurdi internship will start in November.
Application: Interested candidates are to submit a letter of interest stating why they should be considered for the internship, what they hope to learn from the experience and provide the name of a referee. Candidates are to also attach proof of enrolment in their current course of study.
